Wholesale Policies:
Mark Up: We suggest retail pricing
2x wholesale cost.
Minimum Order: $300 minimum
for opening orders. All subsequent
orders have a $50 minimum.
Late Fees: An 18% late fee will be
assessed if payment has not been
received by the due date on Net
30 orders. All new retailers will
be charged in full at the date of
shipment.
Production Time: Production time
is usually around 1-2 weeks. You
will be notified if this takes longer.
Consignment: We do not accept
consignment at this time.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns are
accepted up to 2 months with a
15% restocking fee. Exchanges
are accepted within 2 months of
initial purchase but must be made
when placing an order. There is no
restocking fee for exchanges.
Sample Requests: Samples may
be ordered. Cost of samples
sold will be charged the full retail
price. The wholesale amount will
be deducted from the second
minimum wholesale order.
Materials Used: Every piece is
made of Nickle Free Sterling Silver.
We use 23.5k Gold Keum Boo and
an oxidizing patina to add contrast.
Freshwater pearls are selected for
their optimal quality and color.
