GTB Visitor's Guide 2015

Arrival
“Check-in” is daily after 3:00 pm. Prior to 3:00 pm our housekeeping staff is working to ensure that your
condominium is clean and stocked to ensure the best “Water-Way-of-Life” stay possible. Should you arrive
after regular office hours, your “check-in” information and keys will be available at the security gate
located at the entrance of the resort. The security guard will assist you with your arrival. If arriving while
the main office is closed please take a few minutes stop by the main office the next day to complete the
“check-in” process.
Departure
“Check-out” is at 10:00am. Your condominium may be booked for an
arrival the same day as your departure, please adhere to the “check-out” time so that our housekeeping
staff can prepare the unit for the upcoming arrival. Please complete the “Departure Checklist” located on
page 9 and return all keys to the main office by the 10:00 am “check-out” time.
No Smoking Please
ALL of the condominium units at Green Turtle Bay Resort are non-smoking.
Please respect the property of our condo owners who are sharing their unit with you for your enjoyment.
Pets
Green Turtle Bay Resort does offer “pet friendly” condominiums that can be requested at the time of
booking your reservation. Not all condominiums at the resort are “pet friendly”. If you want to bring a pet
make sure that you reserve a “pet friendly” unit when you book your reservation.
Parking
When “checking-in” you will be issued a parking tag for each vehicle with your party. Please place the parking
tag on your rearview mirror so that the unit number and date is visible. There is ample parking in front
of each condo unit for most vehicles. Boat
trailers and watercrafts should not be parked in front of your condo to allow ample space for other guest
parking.
RVs & ATVs
Operation of Recreational and All-Terrain Vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited. Please check with
the guest services desk for local RV parks and ATV riding trails.
Boat Trailers & Watercrafts
Please let guest’s services know that you have trailered your personal watercraft to enjoy while at Green
Turtle Bay. You will be issued a “trailer tag” and directed to the proper location for parking your trailer.
There is a boat ramp located next to Docker’s Bayside Grille where you can launch your watercraft and the
Green Turtle Bay Dry Stack offers “in water” slips for your convenience at a nominal daily fee. Watercrafts
and trailers are not allowed in condominium areas for the safety and convenience of all Green Turtle Bay
guests.
Phone Service
Each condominium is equipped with a standard phone. To place any outgoing call all 10-digits must be
used.
Internet Service
Green Turtle Bay Resort offers Wi-Fi in all condominiums and most outdoor areas. If you experience difficulties
using the Wi-Fi or prefer to “hard wire” your computer to an Ethernet port please contact guest services.
Ethernet cables are available at the main office.
Cable Information
Cable television is provided in each condo unit, to each television in the unit. Zito Media is the cable provided
for Green Turtle Bay Resort. Please see the “Channel Guide” located on page 9 for a list of channels
available.
Laundry
Your condominium is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Green Turtle Bay Resort
does not offer laundry or maid services. Laundry supplies can be purchased at the local grocery or single
use supplies are available at the marina located next to the main office. Please clean the clothes dryer lint
screen after each use to ensure proper drying.
