TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Ingestion Single dose oral toxicity is considered to be low. The oral LD50 for rats is >5000 mg/kg. Skin Contact The dermal LD50 for rabbits is >5000 mg/kg. A single prolonged exposure is not likely to result in the material being absorbed through skin in harmful amounts. Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause slight skin irritation. Sensitisation Sensitising to guinea pig skin. Eye Contact May cause severe eye irritation. Corneal injury is unlikely. Effects likely to heal readily. Inhalation No adverse effects anticipated by this route of exposure incidental
to proper handling. The LC 50 for rats for 4 hours is >8.11 mg/L.
