From Self-Centered to
Universal Consciousness

The Center for Conscious Living is an evolving spiritual
community whose purpose is to embody unconditional
love. To fulfill this purpose, we provide tools and
methodologies that help people shift from self-centered
to universal consciousness. We honor universal Truths
expressed in many different religious, spiritual, philosophical
and psychological schools of thought and are blessed by all
individualized expressions of Spirit.
Dare to Go Beyond the Field of “Right and Wrong”
As a non-membership, non-profit organization, we
study spirituality in the context of developmental levels
of consciousness. Our contribution to humanity is to be a
welcoming place where people can learn to increase their level
of consciousness to become practical channels of unconditional
love in all forms of relationship. Our integral education program
challenges people to go beyond the “field of right and wrong”
to live in the “field of oneness” with all creation.
Consciousness is the invisible unified field of energy/Spirit
out of which arises everything in the universe. We awaken to
the reality of consciousness over time and developmentally. Just
as a second grader and tenth grader have different capabilities
and skills in a K-12 educational system, so too do we gain
new skills, abilities and capabilities at each successive level of
consciousness. When one becomes aware that there are levels
of consciousness, it is possible to embody one new level of
consciousness every five years.
Make the Shift to Universal Consciousness
Making the collective shift from self-centered to universal
consciousness in the next 10 years is a critical factor in our being
able to co-create positive and life-giving possibilities for the
future of the human race. The Center for Conscious Living
provides a safe and open place to explore making this shift.
Help Birth the Era of Conscious Evolution in 2012
The methodology we are using now to embody and model
universal consciousness is the work of Barbara Marx Hubbard,
Birth 2012 and Beyond: Humanity’s Great Shift to the Age of
Conscious Evolution. By invitation only Barbara will be meeting
with those who are a part of our Evolutionary Circle and Birth
2012 Consciousness Study on September 15th. We encourage
those who aren’t able to be a part of our regular programming
events to attend The Seed Institute Conference in Albuquerque
on September 13-17 where Barbara will be speaking about
Birth 2012.
Schedule of Events for September and October
Sundays 11am-1pm, ”Consciousness Study” Currently we are
studying the Birth 2012 Movement as a path to making the
shift from self-centered to universal consciousness. We will be
studying “Being Prosperous in this Economy” on October 7th
(and is the title/subject of our talk at the Truly Alive Workshop on
9/22/12, 9am. See pg. 7 for more details).
Tuesdays 5:30-7pm, “Beginner’s Tai Chi Chih” begins on
September 11th.
Wednesdays, 6:30-9pm, beginning October 10th, we will
sponsor a “Conscious Evolution/Evolutionary Circle”
experience that helps one learn what it is like to relate in
community with others from Essence instead of Ego.
Thursdays 5:30-8pm, we are a part of “Circles® New Mexico”
co-creating community to support families with low income to
leave poverty behind in their life experience. Join us as we make
unconditional love a reality in the lives of others.
Fridays, 6:30-9pm, the “Community Choir for Peace”
rehearses. This choir practices allowing Spirit/Source Energy to
sing peace in and through each individual and the group as a
whole. Be peace and sing peace into our community.
