Cheesy Potato Rounds<br />
Prep 5 minutes<br />
Serves 4<br />
Serving size: 2 rounds<br />
1 large russet potato sliced<br />
into ¼"/.5 cm rounds,<br />
about 8–10 slices<br />
¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt<br />
1 cup shredded cheese<br />
¼ cup sour cream<br />
2 tbsp. bacon bits<br />
1 green onion, sliced thin<br />
1. Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C.<br />
2. Lay potato rounds in a single<br />
layer on UltraPro Oven Plate.<br />
3. Sprinkle with salt and cheese.<br />
4. Bake 10–15 minutes or until<br />
potatoes can be pierced with<br />
a fork and cheese is melted.<br />
5. Top with sour cream, bacon<br />
and green onion. Serve warm.<br />
