Cone & Basket Temporary Strainers

TC & TB Temporary Strainers
Temporary strainers are used for start-up of new or
revamped piping projects to protect downstream equipment
from debris left in the pipelines after construction.
The TC & TB strainers are fabricated using a 11 gauge
flange ring that is 100% welded around the full circumference
of the screen, giving it added strength while
preventing any unwanted bypass. The TC and TB temporary
strainers are Class 150 and Class 300 rated.
Material of Construction
All temporary cone and basket strainers are constructed
of 304SS screens and flange rings.

TCSS-100: Conical screen length providing 100% of
open area of pipe I.D.
TCSS-150: Conical screen length providing 150% of
open area of pipe I.D.
TCSS-200: Conical screen length providing 200% of
open area of pipe I.D.
TBSS-100: Basket screen length providing 100% of
open area of pipe I.D.
TBSS-150: Basket screen length providing 150% of
open area of pipe I.D.
TBSS-200: Basket screen length providing 200% of
open area of pipe I.D.
