CHEER<br />
With the longest season in athletics, the Vandal<br />
cheerleaders truly are the foundation <strong>of</strong>ldaho sports.<br />
From the first kick <strong>of</strong>f <strong>of</strong> the football season, to the last<br />
free throw in basketball, <strong>Idaho</strong>'s cheerleaders are there. In<br />
between sporting events, the <strong>Idaho</strong> cheer squad is<br />
rigorously at work perfecting various routines and coming<br />
up with the ingredients for successful crowd motivation.<br />
This elite group <strong>of</strong> men and women spark the crowd into<br />
shouting and showing their <strong>Idaho</strong> school spirit and<br />
cheering the Vandals on to victory. Many times it has been<br />
said that support from a crowd can significantly influence<br />
the outcome <strong>of</strong> a game, thus the <strong>Idaho</strong> cheerleaders have<br />
one <strong>of</strong> the most important roles in all <strong>of</strong>ldaho athletics.<br />
