Jackson Plastics is a custom injection molding operation with more than 40 years experience in
the plastics industry. Our 122,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing facility processes
a wide variety of resins including:
ABS, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, Engineering Resins, Polyethylene, PVC,
Structural Foam, TPE, and Bio Resins.
Our injection molding machines range from 132 ton to 700 ton capacities and in a addition to
injection molding, Jackson Plastics also is involved in vacuum forming and structural foam
molding. Four hot stamp machines are in use, allowing us to serve your decorating needs quickly
and efficiently. We recognize that each product has unique requirements, from precise tolerances
to complicated assemblies to close color registration for decoration. Our Quality Control
Department maintains strict guidelines and is involved in each production run, ensuring the
highest customer satisfaction.
