2001<br />
The company celebrates 100 years. A company museum is inaugurated<br />
in Lindås.<br />
At year-end 2000/2001 <strong>ITT</strong> <strong>Flygt</strong> had:<br />
- a turnover of approximately SEK 5,5 billion (US$ 609 million)<br />
- 4,000 employees, of which 2,500 were employed outside of Sweden<br />
- 37 wholly or partly owned companies around the world and was<br />
represented in 130 countries.<br />
2002<br />
<strong>ITT</strong> <strong>Flygt</strong> acquired the Dutch company Robot Pumps. The company<br />
manufactures and markets submersible pumps and systems for wastewater<br />
applications. They specialize in vortex-type pumps.<br />
2003<br />
<strong>ITT</strong> <strong>Flygt</strong> acquired the Italian pump manufacturer Uniservice<br />
Wellpoint Srl. based in Italy. The company produces a range<br />
of diesel and electric powered, vacuum primed centrifugal<br />
pumps, along with spear of well point dewatering systems<br />
for the rental and market and sale.<br />
Agreement with Allweiler, German pump manufacturer.<br />
They will produce exclusive line of <strong>Flygt</strong> branded PC<br />
(Progressive cavity) pumps and macerators for the industrial<br />
and Municipal wastewater treatment market.<br />
<strong>ITT</strong> <strong>Flygt</strong> had:<br />
- a turnover of approximately SEK 6,2 billion<br />
(US$ 763 million)<br />
- 4100 employees, of which 2,500 were employed outside<br />
of Sweden<br />
- 44 sales companies wholly or partly owned companies<br />
around the world and was represented in 130 countries.<br />
2004 <strong>ITT</strong> <strong>Flygt</strong> moves to a new Head Office in Sundbyberg.
