04. Maximum Wholesale <strong>and</strong> Retail prices of Wheat Products :‐<br />
The Deputy Commissioners <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> Sub ‐ Divisional Officers of <strong>the</strong> State shall fix <strong>the</strong> maximum<br />
Wholesale <strong>and</strong> Retail Price of Wheat Products of <strong>the</strong> Areas within <strong>the</strong>ir jurisdiction on <strong>the</strong><br />
basis of guidelines issued by <strong>the</strong> State Govt. from time to time taking into consideration <strong>the</strong><br />
following, namely :‐<br />

(vi)<br />
Ex ‐ Mill Prices.<br />
Sales Tax on containers.<br />
Freight charges from destination ( <strong>mills</strong> premises ) to District / Sub ‐ Divisional Head Quarters.<br />
H<strong>and</strong>ling charges both at dispatching points <strong>and</strong> at destination points, if not already included in<br />
<strong>the</strong> Freight charges.<br />
Wholesaler’s Profit Margin.<br />
Retailer’s Profit Margin.<br />
