§ 2. The resolution takes effect on the day of its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 12 Pursuant to the Art. 393 (1) and Art. 395 § 2 (3) of the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships and to § 10 (1) (1) of the Company's Articles of Association the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders resolves to: § 1.
