It is essential to ascertain when the sale is<br />
concluded (perfecta), for we will then know<br />
who must bear the risk; as, on the sale being<br />
concluded, the risk will pass to the buyer.<br />
Sale is perfect if the identity, quality, and<br />
quantity of the things are determined, as<br />
well as the price of the same, and when the<br />
conditions are fulfilled.
