MEET THE CASTLE INDUSTRIAL TEAM
Tina Anne Tout (MIRP Dip RP):
Principal Consultant – Industrial Division
Tina joined us in 2008, she is a qualified recruiter through the Institute of Recruitment
Professionals at Diploma level.
With over 10 years’ experience within recruitment, Tina now runs her own Industrial
recruitment business within Castle, managing her team to fulfill often short-notice, largevolume
temporary requirements. These are mainly within Industrial, Manufacturing,
Welding, Construction, Driving and Catering & Hospitality roles.
Promoted in 2015 to Principal Consultant, Tina earned her success by driving forward this
part of our business, she has developed ongoing relationships with her clients who now rest
safe in the knowledge that we will deliver exactly what they need, when they need it.
Samantha Manning (CertRP):
Industrial Recruitment Consultant
Sam joined us from a customer service and planning management background. She has a
wealth of experience managing key accounts for clients and delivering an unwavering high
quality service under demanding time pressures and deadlines.
She uses these skills daily in her role as Consultant in the Industrial team. Sam works for
Tina, keeping in regular contact with the large numbers of temporary workers required to
operate this division. extremely busy temporary Industrial-based recruitment desk; where
requirements often come in at very short notice.
As the Caste Industrial Team, they ensure the efficient coordination of their operations and
provide a professional service to both clients and candidates.
Dan Davies:
Industrial Candidate Consultant/ Resourcer
Dan has joined Castle from a Business Administration & Customer Service background and
began his apprenticeship at Castle in the Admin Team learning all aspects of the fast moving
recruitment business operations including candidate sourcing, social media, marketing and
promotion.
He is now working for Tina's Industrial division, working alongside Sam, sourcing and
keeping in touch with candidates to enable them to deliver on those demanding shortnotice,
large-volume temporary contracts that require great organisational skills.
Dan has developed his experience and knowledge of working with local candidates and will
now be specialising with the Industrial team on FLT and Class 1 & 2 Drivers.
