Cartridges:
• The organic vapor cartridges (T01) are
bayonet (1/4 turn) mounted to the
respirator
• The cartridge should be replaced when
no-longer servicable as determined by
the owner and/or supervisor, or an
OSHA change schedule, or earlier if a
contaminant is detected by smell, taste,
irritation or if there is damage to the
cartridge.
• Always replace cartridges in pairs
• Store cartridges in a sealed
containment device (bag) to insure
longer cartridge use.

Filters:
• Filters (R95) are mounted to the
cartridge using a filter retainer
(RP22R)
• The filter should be replaced when
no longer servicable as determined
by the owner and/or supervisor or
when damaged, soiled, contaminated
with water, or causing increased
breathing resistance and discomfort.
• Filter replacement is normally twice
as frequent as the cartridge.
