A Caribbean debut for the brand new 60m Slipstream
SLIPSTREAM >> 60m (196ft) I 12 guests I 15 crew | US$518,000 per week
As the 60m Slipstream undergoes her finishing touches at
the CMN Shipyard in Cherbourg, France, the Burgess central
agency team is already fielding enquiries about her charter
schedule. For the record: her inaugural season will be winter
2008/2009 in the Caribbean, followed by summer 2009 in
the Mediterranean. Predicted to become one of the hottest
yachts on the charter scene, early booking is essential.
The new Slipstream may feature the signature black hull and
silver superstructure of her predecessor, but her racy profile
marks her out as a next generation vessel. State-of-the-art
technology is everywhere, from her Quantum zero speed
stabilisers to her high-tech audiovisual and cinema system.
Andrew Winch’s distinctive design optimises her vast interior
volume, with a huge master suite complete with private
observation lounge. A VIP cabin on the bridge deck has its
own balcony and four further guest cabins are furnished with
every luxury. The decor is warm, with earthy colours inspired
by Australian art, and the welcome from Captain Phil Stevens
and his first-class crew will be just as warm.
