DEMOGRAPHIC DATA IS KEY! It is important to keep data on those you are
supporting and your volunteers. Information needed: Who are they? Where do they
live? If they are volunteers, do they also work? What are the needs of the people you
are supporting? Is there a higher demand from certain areas of the borough? Certain
communities? (old / young, male / female etc).
