3. Attach Mast Pipe and Strut Tubes to the base frame with the hardware shown below.<br />
Hardware should be finger tight.<br />
4. Visibly “square up” the Base frame and tighten all hardware .<br />
5. Assemble and add-on any additional Ballast Trays(optional) needed for the required Ballast<br />
