Skydrol ®
SkyKleen ®
The highly effective cleaning solvent SkyKleen
1000 ® removes phosphate ester aviation
hydraulic fluids, high temperature sealants,
carbon soils, runway grit and oil from aircraft
wheels and brakes. SkyKleen 1000 ® is approved
by Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and BF Goodrich
Aerospace. SkyKleen 1000 ® is non-combustible
and has no negative impacts on aircraft
construction parts or hydraulic fluid performance.
It does not evaporate as quickly as M.E.K. or
toluene. SkyKleen is available in 16OZ, 5GL
cans and 54GL drums. SkyKleen 2000 ® is the
pasty version of SkyKleen 1000 ® and comes
in 1QT tubes and 5 gallon cans.
MCS 352B ®
MCS 352B ®
Skydrol ® is the most favourable phosphate ester hydraulic fluid in the aviation industry.
Skydrol LD-4 ® and Skydrol 500B-4 ® are Type
IV fire resistant hydraulic fluids. They show
compatibility with many materials such as aluminium,
many thermoplastics and elastomers,
epoxy finishes and polyurethane paints,
silicones, fiberglas, carbon and cotton.
Skydrol LD-4 ® and Skydrol 500B-4 ® are
approved by Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed, British
Aerospace and Fokker.
Skydrol 5 ® is a high temperature and low density
hydraulic fluid providing higher thermal stability
than Type IV hydraulic fluids and offers improved
paint compatibility. Skydrol 5 ® has lower toxicity
than tributyl phosphate based fluids.
Skydrol is available in 1QT, 1GL, 5GL cans and
55GL drums.

which is compatible with phosphate ester based
hydraulic fluids and does not attack seals, hoses
