3 Grow the relationship
Once you have these Thought Leaders and
Rock Stars in your program, perception is
reality and you are going to be perceived as
an expert too. You are growing an intimate
connection because they are getting to know,
like and trust you too.
Grow the audience
Grow the audience through social media
such as facebook, instagram, twitter etc. You
can actually embed your podcasts within the
media stream, that is right inside facebook.
Monetize
There are so many different ways to monetize.
Podcasting presents an opportunity better
than any medium out there. Because once
they get to know like and trust you, you can
grow your opportunity by asking listeners the
golden question which is,
“What do you struggle with, and what are your
challenges?”
When you ask the audience that question, sit
back and listen to their responses. They are
going to share with you their pain points, their
obstacles, struggles and challenges. Then you,
the person that they know, like and trust, are
going to provide a solution to them in the form
of a product, a service, or a community.
Then we asked John what were his top ways to

5 Mentoring
Coaching 1 on 1. My audience knows, likes and
trusts me so when there is someone that wants
to learn how to podcast, they want to come to
me for that mentorship.
4 Membership mastermind
Your VIP listeners will want more access to you
the host, and to your other VIP members. About
a year and a half ago we formed Fire Nation
Elite, which has been generating 5 figures of
revenue a month, every month, day in day out.
3 Affiliate income
Whenever I mention a product or service on
my show I direct people back to my resources

page, where if they go through my links for
those products or services, I get an affiliate
commission from those companies. This
generates over $20,000 a month every month
and growing.
2 Direct sponsorships
Direct sponsorships from other companies
that I have on my podcast. When people listen
to ‘Entrepreneur on Fire’ they will hear me
promote other companies and the product
or service they offer, and that pays around
$60,000 a month, month in, month out.
1 Products and services
If you ask your audience what they are
struggling with and they give you their pain
points, and you provide them with a solution…
that is going to be a massive way for you to
monetize.
It’s by far the biggest way we have monetized
Entrepreneur On Fire. We listened to our
audience when they said they wanted to learn
how to create, grow and monetize a podcast.

It has over 1800 members and has generated
over 1.5 million dollars in revenue since we
