PART 1 - MANIFOLD REGULATORS APPLICATION Manufactured specifically to suit cylinder manifolds, not direct cylinder connection, these regulators are designed in accordance with the latest BS EN ISO Standards. * Inlet pressure up to 300bar * Versions suitable for high flow applications * Single or two stages of pressure reduction * Acetylene: decomposition tested to BS EN ISO 961 FEATURES * Brass or Stainless Steel construction Various options are available to suit a range of cylinder pressures up to 300 bar, and can be used in conjunction with all industrial and laboratory gases to reduce the cylinder pressure down to the required pipeline pressure. * Permanent gases: to ISO 7291 * Oxygen: ignition tested to ISO 7291/EN 961 * Various outlet pressure ranges * Two gauges (cylinder and outlet pressure) Designed to withstand the rigours of hard daily use this family of regulators are precision engineered. All standard regulators are bottom entry to suit cylinder manifolds, and are fitted with cylinder contents and outlet pressure gauges. The High Flow Manifold Master, (fig. 1.13) two stage regulator is suitable for 300 bar cylinders and is available in three different outlet pressure ranges, up to a maximum of 42 bar. The first stage is fitted with a piston instead of a flexible diaphragm. For outlet pressures above 10 bar both the first and second stages are of the piston type. The acetylene version is suitable for 25 bar inlet pressure and 0 - 1.5 bar outlet pressure. A two stage regulator for inlet pressures up to 230 bar, is generally supplied with an outlet pressure range of 0 -10 bar. (Fig. 1.16) A 0 -3.5 bar can be supplied. The single stage, two gauge regulators, complete with piston instead of a diaphragm, are used where a high outlet pressure is required. Pressure ranges are: 0 - 104 bar; 0 - 172 bar; 0 - 208 bar. High flow versions are available to special order only.
