When needed, the kTm neck Brace can safely<br />
arrest dangerous movements of the head in<br />
both race and road use. The forces arising are<br />
transferred effectively from the neck to the<br />
upper body.<br />
The kTm neck Brace AdV ii offers scientifically<br />
and technologically advanced protection against:<br />
» Hyperflexion (extreme forward movement of the<br />
head and overstretching of the head in a forwards<br />
direction)<br />
» Hyperextension (extreme backward movement of the<br />
head and overstretching of the head to the rear)<br />
» Lateral hyperflexion (extreme movement of the head<br />
to the side)<br />
» Axial loading (compression of the spinal column due<br />
to a corresponding load to the helmet)<br />
» Posterial hypertranslation (rearwards shunting of<br />
the head on the neck)<br />
