f. Tournament Headquarters: Colchester, VT g. Requisite Qualifications for Prize Award: (i) Lake Trout must meet or exceed 20 pounds at the time of the catch. Scales must read in pounds and 1/100 lbs. (ii) If fish is caught on Monday June 21, 2010 between the hours of 12:00 am and 3:59 pm it must be weighed-in at an Official LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha Weigh Station. If fish is caught between 4:00 pm on Monday, June 21, 2010 and 11:59 pm on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 it must be weighed-in at an Official LCI All-Season Tournament Weigh Station and the contestant must call LCI Headquarters at 802-879-3466 immediately. (iii) Any claimant to the Prize must submit to and pass, in a conclusive manner, a polygraph examination as a condition precedent to claim consideration for award of the prize. (iv) Fish must be caught by an official entrant (who must be an eligible contestant) in the LCI All-Season Tournament presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina during the promotion dates and times of the LCI All-Season Tournament presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina. (v) Contestants are eligible by registering for an Everything Pass for the LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha or by purchasing an All-Season Pass for the LCI All-Season Tournament presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina (vi) If there is a claim, Exhibits B and C to these rules must be completed in their entirety and presented within three hours of the catch to LCI Derby Headquarters. Lake Champlain International, Inc. will provide Exhibits B and C. h. Eligible contestants: Only those participants officially entered in the LCI All-Season Tournament either through registering for an Everything Pass for the LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha or an All-Season Pass for the LCI All-Season Tournament presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina who comply with the terms and conditions of that Contract, these rules and Official Promotion Rules shall be eligible to compete for a prize. i. A contestant who registers for both the LCI ALL-SEASON TOURNAMENT presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina and the LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha on or before June 18, 2010 may have their Lake Trout entered into both contests simultaneously on June 21, 2010. However, to do so, he or she must follow all of the rules of both the LCI ALL-SEASON TOURNAMENT presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina and the LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha — including, but not limited to, the registered affirming witness rule — and weigh the fish during published hours at one of the weigh stations serving the LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha. j. In the event of two or more eligible participants land Lake Trout that meet or exceed 20 pounds during promotion dates, the heaviest fish will be awarded the prize. If the two heaviest fish weigh exactly the same amount, the fish that was weighed-in first will be awarded the prize. k. Failure by any claimant(s) to comply with the terms and conditions of the LCI All- Season Tournament presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina or LCI Father's Day 8
Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha Official Rules and Regulations will render the claim void and no prize will be paid. l. As a condition for claim consideration an investigation will be conducted if, in Lake Champlain International, Inc.’s sole opinion, such action is warranted. Such an investigation will include, but will not be limited to, requiring the winner and/or witness to submit to and pass in a conclusive manner polygraph examinations. m. Winner is responsible for all state and federal taxes associated with winning a prize. 32. One Super Port Prize for each LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha weigh station shall be awarded to the LCI Father's Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha registrant who weighs in a LCI Father's Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha-eligible fish from any of the seven major species categories (Rule #22) which is (a) alive (Rule #21) and (b) has a LCI Derby Prize Point value which is the closest to, without being less than, 395.86 DPP, out of all fish registered at that weigh station by close of the LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha on Monday, June 21, 2010. In the event of a tie, the first fish weighed-in will be awarded the prize. 33. LCIFather’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha participants are eligible to win a prize package valued at $1,500 from Traxstech. The prize package will be awarded to the angler registered in the LCI Father’s Day Derby presented by Yamaha, who registers the largest Walleye by weight, 1/100 lbs, caught while trolling, at a LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha weigh station, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. June 19 and 4:00 p.m. June 21, 2010. All other LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha rules apply. In the event of a tie, the first fish weighed-in will be awarded the prize. 34. LCI Anglers of the Year a. Only those participants officially entered in the LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha are eligible to compete. b. Anglers will compete individually, and are eligible to compete in any division – Cold Water, Cool Water or Warm Water (see rule #22 for species breakdown). One winner will be announced in each division. c. Each angler will compete individually against other anglers to enter three fish that amass the highest number of LCI Derby Prize Points in either the Cold Water, Cool Water or the Warm Water Division (see rule #24 for more on point calculation). Only the angler’s single highest scoring fish per division per day for each of the three days of competition will be included in their final point total. d. Throughout the LCI Father’s Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha, our computerized results program will keep track of the single highest scoring fish per division per angler for each of the three days, automatically replacing lower-point fish when a higher-point fish is registered. Lower-point fish will still be considered for any other prize for which an angler is eligible. e. This is a non-exclusive prize, which means it can be won in addition to whatever other prize(s) the angler might also earn. f. Tiebreakers will be determined first by the greatest number of fish entered and second by the single highest-scoring fish entered. If still a tie, the prize shall be split. g. Failure by any claimant(s) to comply with the terms and conditions of the LCI Father's Day Fishing Derby presented by Yamaha Official Rules and Regulations will render the claim void and no prize will be paid. 9
