Northern Exposure Awarded 2010 <strong>Morgan</strong><br />
<strong>Horse</strong> of the Year<br />
Northern Exposure has<br />
been shown extremely<br />
successfully over the past<br />
10 years in many divisions<br />
with his amateur owner,<br />
trainer and rider, Kathy<br />
Padgham. Together they<br />
have won numerous<br />
championships and titles,<br />
including Reserve World<br />
Champion Western<br />
Pleasure Youth, Reserve<br />
World Champion 4 th Level<br />
Dressage and Reserve<br />
World Champion 2 nd Level<br />
Dressage. He was also<br />
Grand National Champion<br />
in both Western and<br />
English Trail.<br />
<strong>Canadian</strong>-bred Northern<br />
Exposure was awarded the<br />
<strong>Morgan</strong> <strong>Horse</strong> of the Year at<br />
the 2011 Equine Canada<br />
Annual Convention. The<br />
award was presented by<br />
Breed Sport Canada.<br />
Northern Exposure is a 19 year-old <strong>Morgan</strong><br />
gelding, born May 24, 1992. He was sired by<br />
Southerly Conowingo, out of DVF<br />
Remember Me, and bred by Kelly McDonald<br />
of Alberta.<br />
Breed Sport Canada is a committee of Equine<br />
Canada responsible for the development and<br />
promotion of breed sport in Canada. The<br />
