Luo of St. John's Church, China jubilantly shared his
testimony, “On March 8th, 2015, I experienced a
miracle. Praise the Lord! That day, we left the hotel at
8:30am and didn't return until 6:30pm; that means I
went for ten hours without using a restroom – this was
impossible for me before! God blessed me with a
strong and healthy kidney; I believe that Pastor Chris
worked some anointing into my body that day.
Hallelujah! Thank God for Pastor Chris.”
A significant part of their visit was the opportunity to be
taught by the man of God, Pastor Chris. In these
special meetings, he taught them truths on the
fundamentals of ministry and the anointing of Christ.
“Ministry is service, and it also means to deliver
service. In ministry, there is someone to serve, there
is something to deliver – something to give. In
ministry, I am serving someone and I am receiving
something to deliver to someone else. So, there is
recognition of who I am serving, who I am receiving
from and who I am delivering service to,” said Pastor
Chris.
Elaborating on the anointing, he said, “The anointing
is the making of a Christ. The anointing really points to
Christ Jesus; that's what the Bible seeks to tell us.
When the prophets, apostles and writers of the
various books of the Bible talk about the anointing,
they're pointing you to God's anointed, the Christ –
who He is and what He represents. To know Him
(Jesus) is to love Him, and to love Him is to be like
Him. The glory that we behold in the Son of God when
He is revealed to us is the glory that we receive and
put on ourselves,” he said.
Frieder Sundermeier of Suzhou International
Fellowship, China commented on the knowledge he
gained at these classes, “I have learnt to see Christ in
me and to become Christ. The teaching was so
powerful; it inspired me to change my way of living
and to study God's Word deeper and, more
especially, to keep the fire burning in me.”
An unforgettable time of change and transformation
for the visitors was the final meeting they had with
the man of God, where he ministered the anointing
to each one of them. Preparing them to receive, the
man of God referred the ministers to 2 Timothy 1:6,
“Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir
up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of
my hands.” He expressly instructed the ministers to
remember to put the anointing to work in their lives,
“Stir it up, otherwise the anointing will be there and
you will not know it,” he stated. He then ministered to
each of the ministers with the laying on of hands,
transferring to them the anointing for greater works
in their lives and ministries, equipping them to make
global impact for the Church.
Speaking of the impartation at the close of the
service, Meili Sun of Du-Shu Lake Church said, “The
only thing I did was to open my heart to Him and
receive all of His love.” Overwhelmed by the
anointing, Jilong Luo testified, “When the man of
God ministered to me, I realised that what I was
experiencing was true love and the blessings of
God.”
As the ministers prepared to return to China, it was
evident that they had been transported to a new
level of glory by the Spirit of God. Ai Ping Lucy Wu
Heim of Amazing Grace Church declared, “This
whole experience has changed my ministry and life
completely. Now that we are on the way back to our
home country, I can't wait to share my experience
and testimony with my church. I will encourage more
people to come here and receive from the man of
God's teachings. They will be changed, just like me.”
The Lord has touched their lives in a special way,
and surely they'll never be the same again!
