The three founders of the Russell Trust exercised a profound influence over our educational
establishment; Dwight became president of Yale; White became the first president of Cornell;
and Gilman became president of the University of California, and later Johns Hopkins University,
where Woodrow Wilson came under his influence.
The Russell Sage Foundation, also founded by Gilman, hw; played an important behind-thescenes
role in the United States for many years. Frederick A. Delano, one of the incorporators, and heir
to his father's opium fortune, was a member of the original Federal Reserve Board of Governors
in II) 14; he was later named President of the Federal Reserve Blink of Richmond by his nephew,
Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Another director of Russell Sage Foundation, Beardsley Ruml, served
as president of the influential Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which is known as our money
market bank. He also inflicted the withholding income tax on the American people during World
War II as an "emergency" measure. The emergency seems to be still with us. We could go on
for many pages, detailing the tremendous influence of the humanist foundations on every aspect
of American life. They are solely responsible for implementing the increasing government control
over every citizen, because each plan for more control and higher taxes is drafted by the
foundations, whose staffs then present it to our willing Congressmen for almost automatic
enactment into law. Because we do not understand the demonic influence and origin of these
humanist revolutionaries in the smoking altars of human sacrifice in Babylon, we are not able
to protect ourselves against their depredations. Yet the evidence exists, and it is available if we
would but make use of it.
In 1876, an article about Skull and Bones appeared at Yale, which boasted of a clandestine entry
into the sacrosanct premises of The Order. On one wall was an engraving depicting an open
vault, four skulls, and other paraphernalia. Below it was a card with the following: "From the
German Chapter. Presented by Patriarch D. C. Gilman of D. 50." Patriarch is a basic title for
officials of both the Illuminati and Freemasonry. However, one would err in concluding from
this discovery that Skull and Bones is merely another chapter of the Freemasons. It is one of the
secret higher degrees through which the Illuminati exercises its world power, but it has no direct
connection with any Freemason group.
Chapter 4
England
The Canaanites, or Phoenicians, employed their command of various monopolies to gain control
of the commerce of the entire Mediterranean area. Having established their bases along the shores
of the Mediterranean, they found that the most centrally located headquarters for all of their
operations was located on the Adriatic Sea. Here they founded the City of Venice (Phoenicia)
in 466 A.D. Because of its unique location, and the dedication of the Canaanites to the pursuit
of money and power, it soon became the command post of the commercial world. The 1152
census shows some 1300 Jews in Venice; they paid a tax of five per cent on their money lending
operations. They were also active as brokers in commodities. In 1366, they obtained the right to
reside in Venice itself; prior to that date, they had been forbidden to ('aside in the city, and were
confined to living on the mainland lit Mestre. They customarily charged from ten per cent to
twenty per cent on loans. Because of Venice's great commercial possibilities, they flocked in
from many parts of the world. In 1492, after their expulsion from Spain, many Jews and Marranos
settled in Venice. The colony was then divided into three groups; the Germans, known as
tudeschi; the levantini, from the Levant; and the ponantini, or westerners.
In 1797, the French occupation opened the gates of the (Ghetto. Napoleon then gained power
and established his Italian kingdom, from1 805 to 1814, which gave them further rights. During
the Revolution of 1848, Kastein reports in his "History of the Jews” that revolutionary Venice
was ruled by Daniel Manini and two other Jews.
