banker, Cumming has garnered<br />

Cohn Dempster is a partner<br />

within the restructuring division<br />

at Ernst S. Young. Dempster —<br />

who spent four years working as<br />

a partner in London before<br />

heading back to Scotland in<br />

2001 - is arguably best known<br />

for the case involving Scotland’s<br />

oldest carpet maker Stoddard<br />

International, as well as Stadia<br />

Group and Vida Sports.<br />

Dempster previously spent<br />

15 years at Arthur Andersen and<br />
