Every organisation, large
or small, needs effective
administration to support
the business to become
successful. Roles in this
type of career range from
managers who undertake
future planning and are
responsible for the running
of the organisation, through
to assistant-level staff, who
undertake routine office
duties. You may also be
interested in a career in
accounting or personnel
or a more customer focused
job that brings you into
contact with the public.
DO YOU FIT THE BILL?
You will need to be a
team player, with good
communication and
organisational skills,
have the ability to problem
solve and have good
customer service skills.
As a supervisor or manager
you will also need leadership
and decision making skills.
Computing skills are almost
always required. There are
many business related
courses on offer at
Stephenson College
including accounting,
administration,
business and
personnel.
