furniture requirements, space standards, the functional office environment, work flow and special<br />
space or electric/data requirements. Detailed plans will be developed from the analysis and the<br />
identified plan will be entered into an electronic format (Microsoft Access, AutoCAD). Computer<br />
Aided Facility Management (CAFM): IRI/CEPCO services for CAFM includes: customization of<br />
computer sided facilities management systems, creation of accurate CADD architectural back<br />
grounds, scanning documents, creation of document management systems, square footage<br />
accounting and reporting. Project Management: Efficient and professional management is key to<br />
a project s success. IRI/CEPCO s team of experienced professionals possesses a strong<br />
orientation for the project requirements. This assures the client that each project is carefully<br />
monitored, evaluated, documented, and discussed. Our management team is focused on results<br />
and proficiency. The PM provides comprehensive support for the design, reconfiguration,<br />
relocation, and increasing/downsizing of office spaces and similar facilities. Feasibility will be<br />
determined by space forecasting and building analysis. Services include the interior design and<br />
configuration of the office assets; development of project management plan and implementation<br />
strategies, which identify all significant issues related to the project. We develop and manage the<br />
phasing of the reconfiguration project; assist in preparing the budget requirements for the<br />
furnishing and equipment acquisition, deliver and orchestrate installation logistics of interior<br />
renovations and furniture installation. We supervise all deliveries and installations to ensure<br />
adherence to scope of work, installation standards, and accurate placement of furniture to plan<br />
locations. Asset Management: The asset Management Services design and install a computer<br />
aided system to enable customer agencies to manage their office furniture and equipment<br />
inventory system. This system also measures assets management and business processes at<br />
the customer agencies; prepares a physical inventory of furniture and furnishings; provides for<br />
bar coding individual office items and initiates a bar code database. The system is customized to<br />
meet recommended the demands of process improvement.<br />
