Dr. Wu received hisfirst MS (Engineering) in MaterialDr. Xiaochu Wu Science from the Chinese Academyof Sciences in Shanghai in 1990 andhis second MS in Physics from York University in Toronto,Canada in 2002. He received a BS in Computer Science fromthe University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada in 2004.In 2007, Dr. Wu received his PhD in Biomedical Engineeringfrom the University of Saskatchewan, where he also worked asthe manager of the university’s Microscopy Center. Dr. Wu’sresearch interest is how endogenously generated H_2 S by manycells and tissues in mammalian bodies may play physiologicalroles, such as neuromodulator and vasorelaxant in the biologicalsystem.
