with TROIKA. ALL INCLUSIVE fixed
price, that contains the following services:
1 Laser engraving, set-up and 1
engraving sample in advance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Colour images may vary from the product due to printing quality. Laser engraving may look different on real product due to
technical variations.
SAMPLES
We are pleased to send our TROIKA products upon request. We do, however, hope you understand that this can only be done on an
invoice basis, i.e. net price plus freight costs. Samples are regarded as close examples of the ordered items in terms of quality,
dimensions, weight & colour.
OVER OR UNDER-DELIVERY
Due to production and technical reasons, an over or underdelivery of up to 10 % cannot be ruled out. Only the actual amount
delivered will be invoiced.
QUALITY OF THE GOODS
Variance in appearance of products and goods may occur for example due to natural markings in leather or colour deviations of
+/- 10 %. Size differences of up to 0.1 mm with prints, negligible deviation of colours and contours depending on the kind of
material and the covering, as well as slight deviations of up to 0.1 mm with engravings and prints from one produced item to the
next (one order) shall be regarded as being in accordance with the contract.
DELIVERIES
Our deliveries are made via UPS Standard unless arranged otherwise and will be calculated according to the
UPS price list. Back orders will be dispatched without additional freight costs.

Engravings appear in the base colour
of the mateial, which also influences
the individual design of the engraving.
