planning, engineering, introducing and operating these vehicles has to be established. Joint activities areneeded to create cooperation models as well as introduction plans and business models. EARPA believesthat, without a strong partnership between the mobility actors and the energy sector (energy providers aswell as the energy infrastructures managers, see graphic below), such break through would be impossible toachieve.One way supported by EARPA to go further in making strong step forwards on such topic would be thecreation of a Public Private Partnership on Electric Mobility for Urban Areas having on board transport andenergy actors together.
