MCH Health Services PyramidMCHB uses the construct of a pyramid to describe the four levels of core public health servicesfor the MCH population. Starting at the base, these are: (1) infrastructure building services, (2)population-based services, (3) enabling services, and (4) direct health care (gap-filling) services.Infrastructure-building and population-based services provide the broad foundation upon whichenabling and direct care services rest.
