ANNEX BPROCUREMENT OF STANDARD AND PROPRIETARY PARTSProcurementAll standard and proprietary parts shall be supplied in accordance with the requirements of the MAvpurchase order and shall comply with published specifications.All standard and proprietary parts ordered by MAv part number shall be in accordance with the MAv drawingor specification.TraceabilityVendors are responsible for ensuring that standard parts are demonstrably traceable to the original sourceof manufacture.Parts supplied direct from the original manufacturer shall be accompanied by the manufacturer’s certificateof conformity.Parts may be procured from a source which has no more than one other vendor between themselves andthe original manufacturer with the vendor’s certificate of conformity making direct reference to the originalmanufacturer’s batch number.
