The purposeof the Resource Menu is to vertically nest with strategic and MSCoEguidance, progressively build upon attributes and competencies throughouta career, and integrate horizontally among the three learning domains(institutional, operational, and self). The Resource Menu is a paradigm shiftfrom a reading list which operates solely within the self domain. TheResource Menu operates in the overlap of the three domains and is to beequally useful to an individual as to an operational leader or institutionalprograms of instructions.
