They are pure color. Assuch they need to be mixed with an activator and then processed. The brighteners come in fourtantalizing tones: Extra Bright Orange XBO, Extra Bright Red XBR, Extra Bright Violet XBV andExtra Bright Yellow XBY.No Limits Black, Chestnut Brown, Dark Brown, Golden Blonde, Orange, Red, Violet, and Yelloware semi-permanent hair colors that can be applied as an in-salon service or they can be sold asa retail product for your clientele to use at home.
