RMoL tiedup with a number of private companies like ITI, CCCL and L&T for training andfor job placements.Summary of Learning:Allow fordynamism andflexibility inpartnerships.• Identifying the market opportunity is important, ensure that a largemarket exists for the skills you are building• Identify the partners and understand their interests more clearly• Develop a viable business plan that includes the interest of all thestakeholders.
