Poker Run to Ragged Point Sunday morning at MogWest brought the annual Poker Run — or shall I say “Riches to Ragged Point” as Lois and Dick Love stirred the Pot and dozens of Moggers got their first two cards to build their 5 card hands. Story by Gordon • Photos by Larry Ayers & Gordon Morgazette • July ~ August 2012 • Page 17 We went north from Cambria on Hwy 1 past Hearst Castle to the little town of San Simeon <strong>for</strong> the first stop, completely overwhelmed the Country Store parking lot. John and Gladys McNaughton, and Maggi Craig dealt out the next two cards. On the way to Ragged Point, we drove past the elephant seals lolling about on the beaches in sparkling blue and windy weather. The full hands were completed at Ragged Point, one card draw. The Winning Hand was a Full House drawn by Molly Miller. Congratulations Molly!
