Important Instructions for candidates appearing inPilots Licence Examination OCTOBER, 2008Candidates appearing at All Centres of Pilots License Written Examination shallhave to carry a Photo Identity Card issued by DGCA for entry into the ExaminationHall. This Photo Identity Card shall be issued to only those candidates, who areadmitted for the written examination. DGCA Regional / Sub-Regional Offices shallissue the Photo Identity Card to the candidates appearing at the examination centresunder their jurisdiction.The form for issue of Photo Identity Card is given below. Candidates are advisedto download this form and fill in the required information and paste their passport sizephotograph at the given space. Candidates should bring their Photo Identity proof like(passport, voter I. card, company I. card, airport PIC) and downloaded page of thewebsite list of admitted candidates on which their name appears along-with thecompleted form to their respective DGCA Regional / Sub-Regional Offices for issue ofDGCA Photo Identity Card.Candidates may note that the Photo Identity Card shall be issued beforethe examination dates i.e upto 12 th October 2008 at DGCA Regional / Sub-RegionalOffices only. Photo Identity Card shall not be issued at the examination venue.Photo Identity Card for candidates appearing at Delhi Centre shall be issued atO/o the Director of Airworthiness, IGI Airport and Safdarjung Airport, New- Delhi,upto 12 th October 2008. No Photo Identity Card shall be issued at the Examinationvenue.In addition, the candidates can also get their Photo Identity Card issued atCentral Examination Organization, (CEO) East Block- 3, Level – III, R.K.
