The key purpose ofthe model is to implement a standardised system for future project evaluation, short listing andincorporating <strong>ABP</strong> objectives and strategies into project decisions.As indicated, the projects listed for the <strong>Ndlambe</strong> LM reflects the status quo, with specific reference tothe <strong>Ndlambe</strong> IDP, SDF and DLA involvement in the Municipality. These projects and 2008/9 DLAbudget should be used as a point of departure for refinement during the 2008/9 IDP review process.2.0 Existing and Proposed Project Inventory (per LM)Chapter 3 outlines district wide objectives and strategies for implementation and meeting the relevantland reform targets. Forming the baseline for future project identification on District and LM Level, anumber of interventions, based on the objectives and strategies, are proposed.
