If I had been paid forit, at typical web development rates, myincome from it would be in the $100,000to $200,000 range. I donʹt begrudge thetime, even the tiniest bit. However, Ithink those who benefit from the websiteʹsexistence need to know that itʹs anon‐trivial undertaking.14There is, indeed, a backlog ‐ and it isgreater than six months. My own currenttop‐priority item is the completion of abook and, as Iʹm not independentlywealthy, I need the revenue from it.
