Low Cost Pet Vaccinations Clinic
Presented by All About Animals Rescue
The City of Oak Park will be hosting a lowcost
vaccination clinic against Distemper,
DHLPP (dogs), Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel
Cough), and Feline Leukemia. This Clinic is
presented by All About Animals Rescue a
non-profit volunteer organization.
Local animal related business’s will be on-site to
answer questions, host seminars and provide
products/services information.
Location: Oak Park Comm. Center – Act. Rm C
Date/Time: Saturday, October 8th from 10 to 2 P.M.
Cost: $10 per shot. (cash only to All About Animals)
Add. Info.: Please bring previous vaccine for your pet.

Gobble Gobble Gallop 5K Run
Lace up your running shoes and join in
on a great morning of running with
friends, residents, non-residents and all
running enthusiast. The run will take
you through the beautiful landscape of
Shepherd Park three times and finish
right at the community center where
refreshments, awards an drinks will be
provided. Don’t miss out sign up today!

Breakfast with “Randi the Rabbit”
Children 7 & under are invited to attend breakfast with
the bunny at Comm. Center. This event includes
pancake breakfast, a visit & photo opportunity of your
child with “Randi The Rabbit” all children must be
accompanied by a paid adult. Bring your own camera!

Lights Before Christmas
During the holiday season, the Toledo
Zoo is transformed into a winter
wonderland. The Lights Before
Christmas holiday event features over
one million lights, over 200 images
of some of your favorite animals,
carolers, holiday treats, the Swanton
Area Railroad model trains, and visits
with Santa. Registration Deadline is
Thursday, December 9 th at 5pm. Minimum
of 20 needed to go.
When: Monday

Time: Bus leaves at 4pm
and returns at 9pm to
the Comm. Ctr.
Where: Toledo Zoo

Halloween Spooktacular—Trunk or Treat
An outdoor Halloween Spooktacular! Back by popular
demand will include a lot of fun activities geared
around Halloween. Co-sponsored by the Zeta Phi
Beta Sorority, Inc. - Upsilon Psi Zeta - Oak Park ,
MI Chapter, Oak Park Youth Asst. & Oak Park
