This successful program has been in effectfor years, and those who are involved, know how muchit benefits the customer.Its quite simply, an incentive to make Southern Lockyour first choice for product. The more you grow yourbusiness, the more benefits you receive. Each level isoutlined on these pages, and is based on a customer'syearly purchases and payment/credit history. Accountswith an average of 60 days or greater to pay may bedetermined to be ineligible for these discounts.If you need to know more, or have any questions, don'thesitate to call your sales rep for more information.Level IBenefits:• Previous Years Purchases a Minimum of $15,000.00.• Terms are 2% 10 days, net 30.• Freight free shipments from our warehouses on stockmerchandise (except safes) when above terms aremet. Min. order for freight free shipping is $100.00.• Must have excellent credit history.Level IIIBenefits:• 4% 10th prox. discount. (A 4% discount may be deducted from the previousmonth's qualified invoices when they are paid in full by the 10th ofthe current month). *Close-outs and special job quotes do not qualify fordiscounts.• Only one payment per month required; May pay from statement.• Elite Dealer pricing on all orders - all of the time.• Freight free shipments from our warehouses on stock merchandise (exceptsafes) when above terms are met. Minimum order for freight free shippingis $100.00.• Priority order handling.Qualifications:• Yearly Purchases in Excess of $40,000.00• Excellent Credit History. • Locksmith Classification.• Locksmith customers not qualifying at the beginning of the year may qualifyduring the calendar year upon achieving purchases of $40,000.00 and havingan excellent credit rating. At the time they surpass the $40,000 threshold,they will be included in the program.• Locksmith customers will re-qualify for freight free status based on a monthlyreview of adherence to the credit terms, which are 4% 10 E.O.M.• Locksmith customers will re-qualify based on an annual predeterminedpurchase requirement.Level II Level IVBenefits:• Terms are 3% 10 days, net 30.• Elite Dealer pricing on all orders - all of the time.• Freight free shipments from our warehouses onstock merchandise (except safes) when above termsare met.
