They went to the housewhere the child was and saw him withhis mother, Mary. They bowed down andworshiped the child. They opened their giftsthey brought him. They gave him treasuresof gold, frankincense, and myrrh” (Matthew2:8-11, ICB).The wise men gave Jesus the mostprecious things they had.
