This celebration often includes thedance of the Maypole and/or an abundanceof flowers as wreaths, leis, etc. A number ofgoddesses worldwide are honored at thistime of year including Bel, Baubo,Elen/Bloddeuwedd, Freya, Demeter, Maia,Flora, Hina, Danu, Tanith, Asherah,Gwenhwyvar, Virgin Mary, May Rose,Yemaya, Aida Wedo, and the Sidhe.;;;Editorial IlluminationsWell, my term as editor of the<strong>BAPAN</strong> has to a close. It looks like ouractual moving date is July. This is thelast issue of the <strong>BAPAN</strong> that I will beediting as I need to concentrate onsorting and packing and such. The neweditor for this newsletter has yet to bedetermined. I hope that someone in the<strong>BAPAN</strong> community will commit to thisservice and that I’m still here to hand itover personally. It’s a fun job, and youget to interact with lots of great peoplein the community. The work could alsobe split between two people - one doingthe editing and production, anotherdoing the printing and mailing.
