LEP isdelivered via 14 modules divided intothree tiers. The seven modules <strong>of</strong> tier one(Individual Leadership) focus on the skillsthe individual needs to be an effective leaderwith topics such as communication, publicspeaking, self management, and campusinvolvement. The seven modules <strong>of</strong> tier two(Group Leadership) focus on the skills aleader needs to effectively facilitate groupprocesses with topics like team building,facilitation, and conflict management.
