Characteristics and size<br />
We offer flat-rate customs clearance i.e. the<br />
price is independent of the number of invoiced<br />
items. We only need billing data or information<br />
concerning the export of goods in electronic form<br />
to compile customs documents (as Excel, Word,<br />
or text file or via file transfer). We work with software<br />
we developed for customs clearance and<br />
offer complete solutions. The flat rate includes:<br />
complete compilation of all import/export documents,<br />
controlling the entire customs procedure,<br />
24-hour customs clearance (365 days a year),<br />
consulting for all questions relating to customs<br />
clearance. We also help you create a data interface<br />
to an inventory control system.<br />
In the fields of handling/distribution, we take<br />
care of all goods handling, including customs<br />
clearance. We generally work at night. During<br />
these hours, we reduce daytime backorders and<br />
can process orders coming from Asia and the US.<br />
Thanks to our special nighttime airport transfer,<br />
we can reach flights to Asia and the US the same<br />
day. This leads to a reduction in operating times<br />
(24 hours for Asia and up to 48 hours for the US).<br />
