A staff service between La Meinau and the Emile Mathis tram station was subcontracted to Kunegel from 25 February. Kunegel acquired the two SC10 shown above to work the service, however they were still shown in the CTS fleet summary dated 30/4/02! There are several Kunegel companies in the neighbouring Haut-Rhin département [68]: it is not known whether the buses are assigned to one of these (in which case they would have to be reregistered) or to a new operation here. FRANCE 753-OJ-221 FRANCE Département 91 (Essonne) STRAV (Société des Transports et de Voyages) STRAV traces its history back to 1926, when Auguste Baillergeau began a bus service from Brunoy to the local railway station. In 1956, his successors founded les Cars du Brunoy, which took over Les Cars de Yerres three years later. The STRAV name was adopted in 1969, and in 1972 Les Cars de Brévannes was absorbed, with several urban and interurban services. The company became a member of the APTR group, until its purchase by Connex in 1999. STRAV operates 26 services around Brunoy, Yerres and Villeneuve-Saint-Georges, as well as two interurban routes under the Trans-essonne name. The main depot is at Brunoy, but the company also contributes nineteen buses to the Senart Bus pool, which work from a depot at Combs-la-Ville (the other partner being Connex Bus at Moissy-Cramayel). The fleet list below has been compiled from a summary in Réseaux Urbains, with additional information from Steve Hillier.
