In addition to training andprofessional development, <strong>Dantherm</strong>offers schemes focusing on the health ofits employees.Efforts are continuously being made tosafeguard the well-being of the employeesin the workplace. This is done, amongother things, through company surveysand specific employee development interviews.<strong>Dantherm</strong> wants to attract and retainqualified employees without taking intoaccount issues such as religion, gender,ethnicity or other matters without anybearing on the work performed. Closecollaboration has been established withpublic authorities in relation to work on atrial basis, flexible employment, integrationetc., and a number of employees areemployed through social labour marketefforts.
