Tour Terms & Conditions(must be duly signed and submitted at time of <strong>booking</strong>)Understanding and acceptance of termsYou are deemed to have read, understood and acceptedthe following terms and conditions, including as may beamended from time to time, in which Omega Tours &Travel Pte Ltd, the <strong>tour</strong> facilitator, shall be known as the“Company”, which expression shall include its present andsubsequent members, employees, servants, helpers,suppliers and/or agents, each of which shall have thebenefit of and the right to enforce such terms andconditions.WarrantyYou warrant that all in<strong>form</strong>ation you have provided or willprovide to the Company, any entity or authority, whether ornot in writing, in respect to your application for registrationfor the <strong>tour</strong> and the <strong>tour</strong> itself, is and shall remain true andaccurate in all respects.Correctness and change of prices, fees and costsYou accept that prices, fees and costs may be subject tochanges without notice, including but not limited to thosearising from currency fluctuations, increases in air fares,hotel rates, fuel surcharges, taxes and/or charges. Anyprice, fee or cost quoted, stipulated or certified by theCompany at any time whatsoever shall be conclusive savefor manifest error.What <strong>tour</strong> price excludesThe <strong>tour</strong> price excludes pre/post <strong>tour</strong> accommodation,room service, bar, beverage, laundry, internet andtelephone charges, porterages, tips, unspecified meals or<strong><strong>tour</strong>s</strong>, excess baggage charges, passport and visa fees,personal and baggage insurance, travel insurance (unlessspecified), increases in fuel surcharge and taxes (includingbut not limited to airport taxes), <strong>tour</strong> price adjustments dueto fluctuation of the US dollar, fines of any kind, costs ofpurchases, and all other costs, fees or charges of apersonal nature or as may be specified by the Company.No child faresNo special child fares for children below 12 years of age.DepositA non-refundable deposit as stated in the Tour Package isrequired upon your application to register for the <strong>tour</strong>. Anadditional amount as likewise stated is also required forsingle supplement. This deposit must be submitted beforethe <strong>tour</strong> deposit collection due date.PaymentYou shall make full payment latest by the <strong>tour</strong> balancecollection due date by way of a current cheque payable toOmega Tours & Travel Pte Ltd. In the event that theCompany does not receive any payment when due forwhatever reason, the Company reserves the right to cancelyour <strong>tour</strong> <strong>booking</strong> immediately, in which case you shall paythe relevant cancellation fees set out under Cancellationfees.MealsMeals are as specified in the itinerary. If any meal is notserved for any reason whatsoever there shall be no refundor replacement.AccommodationAccommodation for adults is usually based on sharing twinor double bedrooms at the nominated or similar standardhotels. For those <strong>booking</strong> triple-share rooms, the third bedmay be a “roll away” bed. Extra beds may be requested atadditional cost to be advised and subject to availability atthe relevant hotel. While the Company endeavours toarrange accommodation based on the type of room andbed type requested, the Company shall not be responsibleor liable if such cannot be provided by the relevant agent orhotel. The Company reserves the right to change theaccommodation to a similar class hotel should the needarise.Right to change itineraryThe Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion toalter any route, itinerary and/or accommodation for anyreason whatsoever and on such terms as it in its sole andabsolute discretion deems fit without prior notice to any <strong>tour</strong>participant.Visa, passport and other travel documentsWhile the Company may in its sole and absolute discretionassist in making visa applications, the Company cannotguarantee the approval of each such application. It is theresponsibility of each registrant to ensure that they possessa valid passport with a minimum of 7 months validity afterthe date of departure, and shall have the relevant visas,vaccinations and health certificates and all necessary traveldocuments as required by the relevant governmentauthorities of the countries to be visited.BaggageEach aircraft passenger is permitted one piece of handluggage (550mm x 350mm x 250mm), and one piece ofcheck-in baggage not exceeding 20kg in weight.Passengers are solely responsible to pay any excessbaggage charges.Proper behaviour and conductEach <strong>tour</strong> participant is expected to observe properbehaviour and conduct throughout the <strong>tour</strong> and to respectthe customs (including dietary practices) and traditions ofthe countries of visit and the people therein. At all times,each <strong>tour</strong> participant shall be punctual, shall attend andparticipate in all <strong>tour</strong> activities and shall promptly complywith all directions of the <strong>tour</strong> guide and/or any <strong>tour</strong> leader,including but not limited to rotating coach seatingarrangements during the period of the <strong>tour</strong>. By signing upfor <strong><strong>tour</strong>s</strong> conducted by churches or Christian leaders, theparticipant understands that it is a 'Christian pilgrimage,'and will honour Biblical/Christian/traditional standards ofmorality and ethics at all times.Restriction on room mates and visitorsYou undertake to ensure that at all times throughout the<strong>tour</strong>: (a) any person sharing or occupying any room withyou shall be related to you by marriage or, except for anychild aged 12 years and below, shall be of the same sex asyou; and (b) you shall not permit any person of the oppositesex to visit you while alone in your room.Responsibility and liabilityEvery <strong>tour</strong> participant participates at his/her own risk of lossor injury to person and belongings. The Company shall notbe responsible or liable for any loss, damage, expense,injury or death whatsoever including but not limited to sucharising, occurring, suffered or sustained directly or indirectlyfrom any of the following during or in connection with the<strong>tour</strong>: (a) any delay, accident, mechanical or electricalbreakdown, sickness, weather condition, strike, crime,illegal act or omission, act of hostility, terrorism, conflict,war, quarantine or natural disasters; or (b) the denial of any<strong>tour</strong> participant to board any aircraft or coach, or in theevent any <strong>tour</strong> participant is deported or refused entry toany country or place by any immigration or other authorityor for and on behalf of any entity for any reasonwhatsoever; or (c) any act, omission, default or neglect ofthe Company whatsoever. The Company will not beresponsible for the care of infants, children, elderly andhandicapped participants. The Company reserves the rightto politely refuse such participants should they be deemed
e incompatible with the <strong>group</strong> and/or as instructed by the<strong>tour</strong> organizer.The Company is only acting as an agent and will not beheld responsible for any changes, acts of discretion orinconvenience caused by our suppliers and appointedagents. In no case shall the Company or their employeesor agents be liable for any causes outside their reasonablecontrol or from any act of omission of the customer.Tour cancellationThe Company reserves the right to cancel any <strong>tour</strong> prior todeparture for any reason whatsoever, including, but notlimited to there being, in the Company’s sole and absolutediscretion, security reasons, an insufficient number ofregistrants, passengers or participants. In such instance,the company may, if it so elects in its sole and absolutediscretion, recommend an alternative <strong>tour</strong> to the samedestination with or without any adjustment in price. Shouldyou decide not to accept such alternative, the Companyshall use best endeavours to refund to you, in full andwithin 28 days of such <strong>tour</strong> cancellation or non-acceptanceof alternative (whichever shall be applicable and later) allmonies then paid by you, free from interest, without anyfurther or other obligation, any compensation or any liabilitywhatsoever to you or any other registrant.Cancellation feesWhile you may request for your <strong>tour</strong> <strong>booking</strong> to becancelled, such cancellation of your <strong>booking</strong> shall beconditional and shall only be effective upon the Company’sreceipt of your written notice to do so, in which case youshall pay the relevant cancellation fees set out as follows:No of days between departure dateand (i) cancellation by nonpaymentand/or by the Company;and/or (ii) the Company’s receipt ofyour cancellation notice; whichevershall be applicable(a) 35 days or more(b) 34 days to 11 days(c) 10 days or lessCancellation feeper registrant*50% of <strong>tour</strong> fare75% of <strong>tour</strong> fareFull <strong>tour</strong> fareFull <strong>tour</strong> fare(d) No show*Cancellation fees may be covered by the optional travelinsurance program if the premium has been paid andreason for cancellation is insurable.Amendment feeAn administrative fee of S$75 per person in addition to theimposed vendor’s charges will be levied for anyamendment after reservation has been acted upon. Anamendment fee being levied does not constitute a transferto another <strong>tour</strong> booked as requested by the passenger(s).No <strong>tour</strong> extension or reroutingYou shall not be permitted to extend your <strong>tour</strong> or to changeany date of travel. Tickets once issued cannot be rerouted,negotiated, endorsed or refunded (whether or not used).No refund after paymentYou shall not be entitled to any refund of any amount paidin the event that you cancel your <strong>booking</strong> 10 days or lessbefore your scheduled departure date, or if for any reasonwhatsoever your visa application is rejected by anyauthority or you are deported or cannot or elect not tocommence or continue with the <strong>tour</strong> for any reasonwhatsoever or if you do not, in part or in full, use orparticipate in any accommodation, meal, <strong>tour</strong> or any otherservice which is included in the <strong>tour</strong> fare.Your indemnity to the CompanyYou agree to fully indemnify the Company forthwith uponrequest from and against all actions, proceedings, claimsand demands whatsoever which may be instituted or madeagainst the Company, including but not limited to those fordamages, other relief, interest (as well after as before anyjudgment), costs (on an indemnity basis) and expenseswhatsoever and howsoever directly or indirectly occurringto, suffered or sustained by or relating to any person, entity,authority or property wheresoever situated, as a result ofany act or omission (whether negligent or not) of yoursduring or in connection with the <strong>tour</strong>.Amendment of terms and conditionsThe Company may amend these terms and conditions in itssole and absolute discretion with or without prior notice tothe participant, and the participant shall be bound by suchamendment which shall be deemed to be incorporatedherein.SeverabilityAny term or condition herein which is or may becomeinvalid, unenforceable, prohibited, unlawful or void in anyrespect under any law shall be ineffective to the extent onlyof such invalidity, unenforceability, prohibition,unlawfulness or voidness and without invalidating the restof the said term or condition or the other terms andconditions herein.Travel insuranceYou are strongly advised to purchase travel insurancecoverage. This amount is an additional cost and is notincluded in your travel package. Under no circumstance isthe Company responsible for the expenses of uninsured<strong>tour</strong> participants.
