DISTRICT LITERARY FAIR GUIDLINES 2013 20141. FIVE copies of each entry must be submitted for judging purposes. Books and Mangas. It would be appropriate to retain a hard copy for the school-School winners should also be encouraged to keep copies of their winning entries. DO NOT STAPLECOPIES TOGETHER.2. An official student entry form must be submitted with each entry.a. Each entry form must be signed by the parent/guardian or it will not be accepted.b.
